Aspen Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing, concealed, or previously installed electrical conditions that are not visible or accessible at the time of service.

Electrical upgrades may be required to bring existing systems into compliance with current codes, which may result in additional costs.

Access and Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to work areas. We reserve the right to stop or refuse work if unsafe conditions exist until they are corrected.
